جتنی بھی انگریزی ادویات ہیں وہ کوئی نا کوئی مسئلہ ضرور پیدا کرتی ہیں. شوگر کے مریض کیٹو ڈائٹ استعمال کریں. اُن چیزوں کو جسم میں داخل نہ ہونے دیں جو جسم میں گلوکوز بناتی ہیں. مثلا" چاول، گندم اور مکئی کی روٹی، آلو، بیکری کا سامان، چینی، سافٹ ڈرنکس، ڈبے والے جوسز وغیرہ وغیرہ. اگر کسی کو مشورہ درکار ہو تو میں حاضر ہوں.

Sir میرے بیک سائیڈ پہ درد ہوتا ہے کمر کے بالکل نچلے حصے میں درد ہوتا ہے کبھی زیادہ ہوتا ہے کبھی تھوڑا ہوتا ہے اور پیٹ کے رائٹ سائیڈ پہ بالکل نیچے بھی تھوڑا تھوڑا درد فیل ہوتا ہے ڈاکٹر کے پاس گیا تھا ال ٹرساؤنڈ وغیرہ کروایا تھا لیکن ڈاکٹر نے کہا اپ کے گردے ٹھیک ہیں نہ پھتری کی کوئی شکایت ہے کچھ بھی نہیں بس تھوڑی تھوڑی شکایت انہوں نے کچھ ٹیبلٹ دی ہے لیکن اس سے بھی درد نہیں ٹھیک ہو رہا پھر بھی درد ہوتا ہے لیکن تھوڑا تھوڑا ہوتا ہے درد فیل ہوتا ہے پلیز سر اپ مجھے گائیڈ کر دیں کہ میں کون سے ڈاکٹر کے پاس جاؤں کیونکہ میں پاکستان سے باہر ہوں تو اپ پلیز مجھے گائیڈ کر دیں شکریہ
