Sir,Arb or calcium channel blocker which better for kidney?my Acr in urine normal range n no diabetis.creatinine marginally increased like 1.25 n always fluctuating n even coming to borderline normal range sometimes for 3yrs....but one nephrologist prescribed ccb n another Telmisartan(Arbs)..after switching from ccb to arbs my creatinine n protein in urine marginally increased though in reference range or just slight borderline increase n potassium within normal range...what medicine should I continue ccb or arb given that Arbs tend to increase creatinine though said to be beneficial in long run n as I have no diabetics or proteinuria?any safest blood pressure medicine?

Can cause fatty liver -2, Spleenomegaly, bladder thick wall and high creatinine level (1.5))+ S.G.P.T ALT (High) Billirubin (High) My age 28- male-weight 97- Name Saim using antidepressants from last 2 years, Have different episodes of depression multiple times.My tongue become dry, drink 13 glass water still feel thirsty,shivering of hands, mostly feel heat in body, pee a lot sweating. I had seen a medical specialist he advice me to STOP tab Neurolith SR 400 mg , which my psychiatrist DR IMTIAZ DOGAR FSD prescribed me.Please guide me in details?What's your opinion? Thanks

میرے عضو تناسل سے پیپ آتی ہے اور وہ ایک مہینے سے آ رہی ہے اس سے پہلے کچھ زیادہ تھی مگر آہستہ آہستہ اب کم ہو رہی ہے مگر اس کے ساتھ مسئلہ یہ بھی ہے کہ اب عضو خاص زیادہ تر سکھرہ رہتا ہے اور جب کبھی اکھری حالت میں ہو تو ایسی صورت میں درد بھی ہوتا ہے اور انتہائی پیلے رنگ کا مواد بھی باہر نکلتا ہے ویسے تو درد بھی نہیں ہے مگر جب بھی رات کو سو تو صبح کپڑوں کے ساتھ وہ مواد لگا ہوتا ہے میری ابھی شادی بھی نہیں ہوئی میں اس پریشانی سے کیسے باہر آ سکتا ہوں میں ہوں بھی پردیس میں اور ادھر کسی سے ایسی بات چیت بھی نہیں کر سکتا ۔۔۔میری رہنمائی کریں ۔۔۔۔
