Dimas is an independent artist, he has his own production company and has so far refused to sign any contract with any labels with the industry in order to retain his creative independence. This means that Dimash relies on his fans, the reactors and word of mouth to increase his fan base. Many Americans will sometimes wonder out loud how come Dimash is not well known in the U.S. considering his incredible talent, not realizing that in the U.S., any singer heard on the radio, seen on TV or in magazines etc... all of it is controlled by the music industry. No contract with the industry, no publicity from the industry either. That is why posting a link to the original video is important for independent artists such as Dimash.

Why doesn't anyone comment about the message? Is Dimash's message that well known to everyone that no one ever mentions it? Dimash's purpose is not to amaze everyone with his skills and technique.. or his non alignment with record companies.. he will tell you himself! His message in the song's lyrics is what he's trying to get you to hear.. and understand. But most are too shallow to even bother......

@@petesmith5500 I've often commented on Dimash's "messages" through many of his videos and performances, as have many other Dears like myself. But just because one comments about another aspect of Dimash's career and work, it does not make one blind to anything else about it. This is still "show BUSINESS" after all and I decided to inform the reactor on the "BUSINESS" side of it. I have the utmost respect for how Dimash, his family and friends are handling his career and I am always pleased to share my admiration with new reactors. Now please check yourself at the door.

The kobyz has two strings made of horsehair. The resonating cavity is usually covered with goat leather. Traditionally kobyzes were sacred instruments, owned by shamans and bakses (traditional spiritual medics). According to legends, the kobyz and its music could banish evil spirits, sickness and death. It is unique in imitating the wind or the sound of animals such as wolves and the entire traditional environment of the icy mountains of Kazakhstan. For me it's one of the most ancient sounds that makes me shiver so far. I leave you with a theme from Dimash Tokyo Jazz with the song "Samaltau" where you can appreciate this instrument more in its entirety as well as the theme that is only accompanied by ancestral instruments from Dimash`s country. The flute is unique, if I'm not mistaken, called- is sygyzy and is made of bamboo and also the traditional and relaxing rainstick. Listen, it's worth it not only because of Dimash's voice but also because the ancestral simplicity of making music never changed the concept of being excellent nowadays. A hug from Portugal, good luck for the channel. Here we are. Congratulations! I leave you the link: kzread.info/dash/bejne/h6qBtM2iidiZetY.html

Great! Please react to El Amor En Ti. Be sure to enable subtitles. Please try not to feel bad when we sometimes can't understand the words. These days, we can understand much more than ever before. Dimash does have a lot of pressure. He recently released something on Instagram, with a comment on after a concert, he sits alone, the singer and the listener, not having to worry if he will hit the right notes. I don't think Dimash is the most popular singer in the world. Not sure who said that, or how they came to that conclusion. I like facts. Dimash is very popular in China, but I doubt he is more popular than Hua Chenyu. I'm sure Taylor Swift is more popular. Even BTS might be more popular. I do think Dimash is the greatest singer of all time, and he is the King of Emotions, delivering goosebumps in the Billions. My favorite singer!❤❤❤

We are all strangers in this strange world until we smile and acknowledge one another. Everyone needs validation. So, if we all work together we can make that happen so no one feels alone and misunderstood. One human family, under one sky. Living at peace with ourselves and others, and the other creatures that coexist with us. By God's Grace. That does not mean we accept or commit harmful acts against each other or the creatures of the earth or earth itself. Deep within us we know what is right and wrong. It's just gotten shrouded in all the deceptions we live with today. The struggle of good against evil starts within us. Have a good day.

Small correction, Dimash started his training at age 5 when it was discovered that he had perfect pitch.

Te recomiendo Ikanaide, Battle of Memories 2023, El Amor en Ti, When I've got You, The Love of Tired Swans en El Kremlin, Adagio, Omir, etc

Great reaction to our Kazakh prince 🇰🇿 Dimash is his own boss, he (along with his family) own a production company, so EVERYTHING that he does is what he wants , in the way he want, whenever he wants. He does work (I believe) with a Chinese label but he is not singed in. I think is more of a partnership. Along with that, he has a lot of sponsors. Mainstream ≠ Popularity. He has a massive follow around the world, just for his May 24th concert in Istanbul (his birthday) he’ll be performing in a Stadium with 40,000 capacity, it’ll be HUGE we are so excited. People from all over the world travel to attend each of his concerts. Normally Dears from over 70 countries attend. I still find it unbelievable how only he can gather so many people, from different ages, sexes, nationalities, religions, and have them sing all his songs of many different languages in just one concert!!! He needs only his voice and being who he is to resonate in millions of people, it is the more honest kind of admiration ❤ of course we Dears would love seeing him on Tv or hearing him on radios, or attending western award shows BUT he doesn’t need all of that, he is doing a greater job. But who knows, maybe some day (hopefully) we’ll see him more on western environments. I subscribed hoping you’ll react to more of Dimash ❤ I can assure you’ll be surprise each time, he has songs of many different genres, there’s always something new. *** I suggest to watch “El amor en ti” Live at Almaty concert next! (You can find it in his yt channel)

❤This performance is part of 3 original trilogy songs of Dimash's vision with the amazing help of "Igor Krutoy" ⇽whom is a brilliant Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer and musical promoter who has personal wealth in the billions who is notably introduced normally first with Dimash. The 2 of them met each other and now "Dimash" along with others help to promote his vision. The trilogy consists of starting with this song then following it up with "Fly away" then completing the rebirth with the song "Ave Maria" A devoted fan named "Valya Odorous" wrote out the following, and it is so interesting to learn what Dimash is thinking and performing. I don't want you to be confused about the meaning of this song. It took us, his Dears, a long time to decode his message. "Stranger" is a rebirth. Reincarnation. Celebrating the coming of new life. "Stranger" is the first masterpiece of the Dimash's trilogy. It symbolizes rebirth. 🎂This performance is full of symbols. Everything - the music, his voice, his movements, lyrics, the whole staging, the lights, the slowly moving light circle behind Dimash at the very beginning, absolutely everything you see and hear symbolizes the whole birth process, from the beginning to the end. At the beginning 9 man and 9 women carry candles /the small light of life/. They hide Dimash. The spinning orb of light behind him in the background shows the deep space from where our souls arrive. The crazy melisma and high notes in the middle of the song symbolizes mother's pain. At the moment he was born, the candles go out, and the stage goes on fire. His fist punch and coming to the front of the stage means he was born. His longest note at the end shows his very first breath, which means I've ARRIVED. The second one - "Fly Away", is our life path, the matrix in which we live. The spinning globe at the background, all the time, shows the scale of this matrix. Once again, everything in this performance is full of symbols - the creepy zombies at the beginning, the dancers movements, Dimash's movements, the lyrics... Everything evokes the feeling of rebellion. Dimash fights with this matrix, and he desperately wishes to escape it. He is the only one who refuses to dance that matrix dance. The Matrix tries to seduce him, but he fights the temptation and wants to fly away to find his own way. He finally manages to escape and witnesses the death of everyone left in it. Which leads into the final song of HIS trilogy called "Ave Maria". That's our soul's flight to the heavens. Dimash even graces us with Bel Canto ending Dimash is a very deep and wise soul. His songs are always very meaningful and the messages he sends to people are extremely strong. Not only his voice, the lyrics and his body movements paint the picture of the message, but the stage setting and atmosphere are also part of a complete performance. An absolutely mind-blowing, stunning masterpiece. A brain that is always moving forward with a strong drive and heart that is considered an old soul. Phenomenal Dimash & Igor made a truly stellar trilogy 🎶🌹🤩💗

I love how you picked up on seeing Dimash as giving hope to this oftentimes negative, angry and cruel world that it has tragically become, so I HAD to subscribe. And here's a couple things that you'll also love: (1) Dimash has stated in many interviews that he wants his music to help bring people together, over any geographical, religious, and political differences. His wish is to unite people, focusing what we have in common vs looking for any divisive issues. And (2), here's one of several perfect examples of him not merely talking the talk, but walking the walk. Back in 2021, Dimash went to his famous composer friend Igor Krutoy who came out of retirement specifically to work with Dimash. (Igor had become became more than a mentor, but a super, super close friend and whenever you see the bald man at the piano, you can be assured at a glance that Igor composed the piece.) So Dimash (a Muslim) went to Igor (a Jew), asking him to do a new version (incredibly there are over 3,000!) of the iconic Christian song, "Ave Maria". But in an absolutely brilliant move to avoid any possible mistranslations, Dimash asked him to do it in VOCALIZE style--namely, with no words. So using the 3 major notes of the structure, Igor gifted Dimash with this new version. For ME, there is no music like this anywhere, where Dimash and the song just pull you up out of our worldly 3rd Dimension and into the 4th, where our meditations and dreams lie. It brings millions--including me--to tears every time. As many say, THIS is what it must sound like in Heaven. I hope you'll agree, my friend: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n4B7mslrn9Ksg6Q.html

Oh you have so much more to experience. Dimash received his BA in Contemporary Music which included pop and jazz, his major is in composition. He very soon will be Dr. Kudaibergen. He has just about completed his Doctorate, a PHD in Musicology, his major in composition, having completed 3 advanced degrees back-to-back, with honors, while simultaneously maintaining a successful performing career. Dimash's Range 2023 vocal range updated:(7.7 octaves) (Growls/C1-F#1) (Fry/G0-D2) (Chest Voice/E2-B2) (High chest Voice/E4-D5) (Mixed Voice/E5-C6) (Head voice/C#6-Eb7) (Whistle/E7-D8) The main thing you will learn is that it really doesn't matter what language he sings in because you will stop reading the subtitles in time. His music videos are all high quality and masterly composed. By not belonging to a studio, he has complete control over what he writes and sings. He is already a perfectionist, and his musical creations meld styles together that you would not think of before, and he has left out no details. They all have meaning way beyond what you think. Usually, someone will post a synopsis of details. Don't pass them up. Enjoy each layer as it unfolds your mind and heart.

Great reaction, thank you! The ancient instrument from Kazakhstan is a kobyz. , an incredible musician, plays 9 instrument; you can see him playing dombra and piano the most. He also sings in 15 languages, has perfect pitch, composes a lot ( here you see his very close friend and celebrated genius master composer , Igor Krutoy); Dimash also produces his own music, works with lyricists, produces and sometimes directs his own music videos. He does his own storyboards for their concepts. His company called “ Dimashali” is his indie production and business co. His father, Qanat and an old fam friend help to run it. Dimash is an incredible human being. He would be celebrated just for his humanitarian and diplomatic efforts, even if he wasn’t the best singer on Earth ( and maybe other planets?lol.😎) He sings in many genres; and has an over 7 octave range. He just keeps improving as hard as that is to believe. Yes, the Divine gave him amazing off the charts talent and ability; but he has worked extremely hard daily since he was 5 years old. Thank you for reacting to his performances. God Bless! 🌹🌹🌹🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌💜💜💜🤩🤩🤩🌟🌟🌟🔑🔑🔑🌹🔥💯💜🌹

He is so awesome, isn’t he? Stranger is one of my absolute favorite songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it. I’m a real fan of movies that have such a mystical or oriental atmosphere. And it was such a great idea by Dimash to use the Qobyz for that. The Qobyz is a very old two stringed Kazakh folk instrument and it’s wide spread among Kazakhs. The man who often is playing the kobyz in Dimash’s performance (also here in Stranger) is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek. You often can hear this instrument when Dimash sings in his native tongue like Samaltau, Qairan Elim or Òmir Òter. In the end of Stranger he introduced him to the audience and he thanked them. As a Kazakh he speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently. He sang Stranger for the first time at New Wave in Sochi, Russia in 2021. This is an international competition for young artists, founded in 2002 by Igor Krutoy. Dimash sang here as a guest and was also a member of the jury. Igor Krutoy, like so many other masterpieces, wrote this song specifically for Dimash and his incredible vocal range (in this song alone he sings 5 octaves F1-F6 I think). And the last note he held for 20 seconds. The way he switchs so affortlessly between the different registers and octaves in one song is so mesmerizing and unbelievable. As already mentioned, Stranger was written by the famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him.The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. Please react to Olimpico or also Ogni Pietra from his Arnau concert in 2019 next. In this song he sings in Italian. You can find it on Igor Krutoy‘s Channel. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. This song and this performance from this Arnau concert is my absolute favourite🥰 I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I always get breathlessness. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. I think he has incredibly beautiful hands🤭(and apparently many cameramen think so too, since many of the camera shots during his performances very often only show his hands. Sometimes it seems as if he is conducting himself. This is really fascinating). And the facial expression, the look. There he looks so commanding😱. In my opinion, this version of Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅! It’s absolutely stunning. And I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. Oh wow I’m starting to rave again…🤤 Sorry but I can’t help it🥺. I swear it is mind-blowing 🤯 kzread.info/dash/bejne/lp-EtZitaJfXl5c.html Greetings and love from Germany👋❤️

Thanks for the reaction and welcome to the world of Dimash. Several things set him apart, besides his spectacular range and energy... His IS an independent artist, due to his integrity and devotion to his craft. (I hope the US music "industry" never gets their hands on him). He is also a great humanitarian, sharing his music with the theme of peace and hope, and giving quite a bit to charities. He is humble... no flashy car or fancy homes. He is a much welcomed role model for the youth of today and i feel blessed to have found him AND his music. I can't imagine we will see another like him for decades or maybe not even in this century. The 2 stringed instrument featured in several of Dimash's performances is called a kobyz. While ancient in design, it now usually features metal strings. Dimash also plays the Dombra, a 2 stringed Kazakh pear shaped guitar. Igor Krutoy, who wrote this piece, is a renowned Russian maestro and now composes music primarily for Dimash. He often accompanies Dimash on the piano. DEAR lore claims that he heard Dimash perform and came out of retirement to write for Dimash, but I haven't found a reliable source for that. He wrote an epic/high energy operatic style song in Italian for Dimash called OLIMPICO (Ogni Pietra). Along with Dimash's incredible voice, it boasts a heavy drum presence countered by a treble riff on an instrument that I can't quite identify (electric piano?) I have so many favorite songs by DK, but this would be a worthy next RV.
