Thank You for your videos! I am very interested in these trimmer heads, I bought the Metal Weeding Head from Amazon and I had a a VERY different (and positive) experience. First I am in Virginia where the soil has more clay and it is not as dry, so the dust was not a problem. Second, I used it on my Stihl Battery powered KOMBI tool (KMA 135 R). The battery electric trimmers have a lot more torque, so it is easy to get through the weeds and dirt without bogging down. Lastly, I had the same vibration issue, but I found that it was due to some debris clinging to the underside of the digger, If I scraped it off, the vibration goes away. I also found that keeping the RMP lower helped prevent the vibrations. Hope this helped.

You hose the area first to wet and soften the dirt = no dust and breaks up the soil easier and keep it flat that keeps everything pushing in to the Center and not flinging it out every were

Like you tought Dr, i think that’s not realy good for digging, but do not give up. We farmers from indonesia always suporting you to make tools that realy usefull in the garden, you are the hero and our inovator.

Great review there 👍👌👍 but by design that's obviously not for digging... It's just another type of metal trimmer blade... To dig you would need a tiller/cultivator attachment like those made by Stihl or other brands. If your drilling you'd need an auger setup.... That attachment could be handy tho if you had an area that you wanted to strip/clean of debris and you don't mind the dust cloud it creates......

for quickly clearing top side weeds in preparation for application of round up and pre-emergent would be quicker than a hoe... but then you have to deal with clean up of material thrown all over.. so... its a choice of speed over mess... the balance issue though... dont know what would cause that unless the bolt got loose. 😁👍

You wouldn't need to clear the top growth in advance of application of Roundup, it needs foliage to enter the plants system.

@@markburge5260 the reason you clear it is that not only is the plant system opened up and the round up gets into the plants system quicker the pre emergent works better at killing off the seed left by the plants..

great testing .... would be interested to see the one with the circular one with teeth .. to cut trees of 2 inches :D

Too bad. I had high hopes for that item. I could have even (maybe) put up with the dust, but I sure do not want to risk the trimmer itself. At one point you say something about maybe with a stronger trimmer, but most of us cannot, or will not, get an industrial strength trimmer just to be able to use an occasional need blade like this. I was wondering if maybe a smaller diameter digging blade. Have you ever seen anything like that?

Samo trganje trimera a ima trimer za mini frezu i tjt, taj trimer nebu dugo jer to je previše opterecenja za trimer a nije dovoljno jak za takve stvarni 😉 (mozda krivo pricam al steta takvog trimera za to ako možeš za 170 eura nac sa nastavcima 😉)

Bolji je onaj izum sa dva šarafa nego to. Nadam se da znaš na šta mislim
