    Pour faire l’élévateur de la scapulaire il faut mettre une main sous l’épaule au niveau de son insertion et la tête en rotation controlatérale On demande au patient de lever l’épaule contre résistance et on expiration on abaisse l’épaule

    I like this video. Am I correct in saying that being supine also disengages the upper traps against gravity. Also, I may have asked this before but can you MET the neck at the start of a session or after lots of soft tissue work to warm up?

    It does help relax the traps if the patient is supine and you can use METs any time during the session. I do think you have asked that before but no problem, regards JG

    ART is fantastic but can take a while to learn and cost a lot of money and you have to maintain your registration yearly - similar to being an osteopath - so your choice, regards JG
