Arrive late to Chiropractor appointment. *Ponders over X-ray of lower left leg* - Talus avulsion fracture. Chiro cracks their knuckles, slathers my shoulders and neck in oil. Says "Late arrival? You are-tardy!" Realise he's not talking to me but to a camera held by a cameraman?!? *Winks at me.* Suddenly back to addressing the camera..."KRIK-KRAK-Mutha-Effers!" C5-C6 spinal manipulation... "Demuns-Awut" *Hi-fives cameraman* Explains that he's cured my autism but that as a side effect, I'm gay now and he'll be taking my wife. Gives me a free KRIK-KRAK-KROP-TOP™ Ankle pain is gone aswell as all feeling of sensation and movement below C5/C6. 10/10 definitely recommend over evidence based medicinal practice. Suck it osteopathy...no x-ray having quack practitioners.

Bojim se da ne budem smešan, ali moram da pitam: da li je moguće sam sebi namestiti atlas 1. vratni pršljen? Sve to što pokazujete radim sam sebi. Stotine videa sam pogledao i Vi to radite najpreciznije!

Well done video....very helpful. I have a torn adductor from hockey, confirmed by MRI, that I am rehabbing with a lot of these movements you've shown....trying to build strength back. The tear was fairly bad, pulling some bone from my pelvis as well. They don't believe I'll need surgery at this point, just long rehab. I guess my question is, do you have a good way to test yourself to know whether you'd be safe to start playing sports at a high level again after this kind of injury? I can currently run with mild pain, but can't sprint yet. I'm about 4 weeks post injury. Appreciate any info! Thanks!

Please give this a read if you get a chance. Here is the Gospel (or, Good News): God says that we are sinners and that no amount of good works or behavioral changes on our part could ever make us holy enough to enter into Heaven. God sent His only begotten Son to be crucified on the cross to pay for our sins. JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS(ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES), HE WAS BURIED, HE ROSE AGAIN THE THIRD DAY(ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES) The instant you believe this, God knows it and He saves you. "31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved"(Acts 16:31A) The free gift (Romans 5:15) is based solely upon your trust in what Jesus did for you, and has absolutely nothing to do with what you do for Him. Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” It is that simple to be saved 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 "15 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:"(1 co 15:1-4) 0nce you are saved, you will always be saved. (Eph 1:13-14) Today, God is working through the dispensation of Grace; and all manner of practical doctrine for YOU today can be found in Romans-Philemon.

Hello Sir , Thank you for the great video. Could you please name the dysfunction in this video ? So here the things that are clear. 1. Translating from L to R is difficult. 2. Extension improves the translation .. so it "can" extend. We generally name the motion that the vertebrae "can" do. So will the dysfunction be ERSL ?
