Sir I am diagonosed with tb when the Biospy of sinus tract that was extracted from right illac fossa Side and I am under going treatment for last 2 months and It was diagnosed with granullomatous inflammation but afb test was negative and Still The pus is coming out from that surgical area dispite the medication of 2months well it is pretty much recovered but still pus is coming.I hope it will be recovered within when the medication period can you tell me is it a mesentric lymphnode tb

Yes. Take the full course of TB treatment and you will be all fine.

Going by the size, they are mildly enlarged. You should go for further investigations and treatment accordingly. A CECT of abdomen may also be done to confirm the findings.

Largest node measures 13*11mm. There is no evidence of conglomerate mass formation. Thickened gut loop Is seen in RT para-umbilical region with loss of normal gut signature. Few prominent lymph nodes(up to 17×12mm) are seen in the right iliac region. What should i do sir? Please say kindly. Do i need any operation to remove this?

Operation is not needed as of now. You should get a CECT scan of whole abdomen to know the cause of these lymph nodes.
