Sir my mother is suffering from tubercular lymphadenitis in left axilia we have already done mammography and FNAC and in FNAC it comes tubercular lymphadenitis and positive for AFB she is taking medications or TB which are provided from gov. Hospitals and plus she is taking levoflax also but she is complaining pain in that side i just want to know are we on a right path of treatment are we taking right medicines. Plz reply sir

Well yes its still TB. I got my CBNAAT reports yesterday and it was negative too this means that TB is not active in chest area and it is not spreadable to other person bt the TB patient should be cautious while going to Hospital or any other area where there can be any infection because the immunity is weak of the patient. And my CBNAAT sample was taken from lymph nodes i.e. around my neck area. Both left n right side. And all the above detail are given by my dr.

Ye dwaiya on ka side effect bahut hain , jab doctor ko batate hain to doctor bolte bas lena hain aaplko aur dusri kuch medicine's add karte hain jo ki kuch kam ki nahti .isase patient ko aur dusri hi bimariya ho jati hain. Patient bahut pareshan hota hain aur sochta hain ki sab pareshniyaonki jad ye medicine hain aur wah medicine band kar deta hain

Sir I have lymp node tb and after starting treatment I took medicine for 10 days during that ten days I had fever and continuous fever my liver got increased so doctor stopped the ATT and slowly given all the medicine one by one after 3 days of lft test so at last when I received rifampicin my eyes became red and little swelling was there in lip with fever so doctor stopped rifampicin and started (levofloxcin with isoniazid,ethambutol, pyrazinamide) Now my question is , is this treatment a correct one ,can I cure tb without rifampicin? Aur bich me liver problem ki wajeh se Jo doses miss hue uske wajeh se kahi drug resistance hone ka to darrr nhi hai n? Please answer?

Sme thing happened with me lst year..my liver function also increased becoz of rifampicin then they also gave medicine slowly..even for 1.5 month I was also injected daily with streptomycin plus medicine..even I was worried about drug resistance n my course was for 1 yr...it ended lst month..plz trust the process.. positivity can kill any disease..right set of mind is very important in this..I can understand ur problem but u can do this😊

Sir mere neck k dono taraf lymph node bade huye hai almost 2 saal se..dr ne TB ka test dia hai AFB stain, TB culture, Cbnaa etc..but usko krne k liye FNAC/Tru cut likha hai..mera question ye hai ki kaunsa process karna chaiye Fnac ya tru cut biopsy? Kya fnac se malignant cells bhi detect hote hai?

@@lungfitbodyfit sir pehle ekbar fnac hua tha 2021 me but usme TB k tests include nhi the..just FNAC tha..report me likha tha "features suggest reactivate lymph node hyperplasia"..dr ne bola ki kuch nhi hai..medicine nhi dia tha..dusre dr ne bohot sare antibiotics diya tha..uske baad size thora kam hua fir jab antibiotics khatam huye dubara waisa ho gya..abhi right side me aur ek node badh gya..abhi dr ne TB ka test suggest kia..

sir mera treatment shuru hoye 2 months + ho gye and still lymph nodes me swelling badh rhi hai.. and my dr has prescribed 4 medicines only not the fifth one (streptomycin) . Is it all okay or should i be worrying?

Helli sir,TB ka course toh complete ho chuki hai meri but nodes ki swelling nahi kam ho rahi hai. Aur ye kafi tym thodi si pain karti hai neck pay is it dangerous??

sir mere sarir me tb ki gate hai choti choti jiski bajh se mera sir me dard or halka bukhar rehta hai or gate dard karti hai or pure sarir me dard bana rehta hai
