The “big scary laser” design is my favourite, because you don’t need to be “in” on it to get the joke.

Small suggestion: the graphic of the SMD cup shouldn't end in a straight line at the top, but trace the components. That way, it would look a bit as if the cup is actually filled with all those components.

Thought it was going to be a “guess how many SMD components in a jar” competition from the thumbnail!

I would like something with obscure connectors, packages or even layouts that you have come across in teardowns or own designs. I always love to see others nerdy art, when I tear something apart

that SMD cup is nice. Would love a sports direct size version of that.

IMO the BSL graphic would be better without the youtube link. I'm personally not a fan of merch that identifies the creator, but I get the promotional aspect. Though if the design is cool and someone asks you about it then you're much more likely to make a real connection with someone over it.

Yup would have to fill a mold with the lose components then put under vacuum before introducing resin so you don't get bubbles. Crystal Clear 221 might do it?

I think the MIKE shirt would be better if the background was the same color (or transparent), and you you just inverted the MIKE to white.

Interesting that you have a laser printer in the background, do you do much printing or is it just for reliability reasons avoiding dried up ink cartridges and blocked heads etc?

Use to use it for PCB artwork onto tracing paper, but don't home etch any more. I don't print much, so inkjets are a PITA as they always gum up if not used often. Lasers just work, and have better dimensional accuracy for printing PCB layouts to check for fit etc.

There's a capitalization error on the Big Scary Laser shirt and mug. The first letter of "Do" is correctly capitalized as the first word of a sentence, but "Into," which is mid-sentence, is incorrectly capitalized.

Try South Africa, where the chances it might arrive at all are slim in any case. Then you get done in with duties on it as well, even if it arrives damaged beyond recognition.
