The W202 C280s are pretty rare with a manual. "Grandpa spec" usually comes with an automatic slushbox😅

Love the set up. Cleanest I’ve seen online. Got a 97 c280 and looking for that front bumper but can’t seem to find it. Any help would be much appreciated. Also is that rear bumper just stock with a cut out for the exhaust?

Thank you Christopher. The car has got a Carlsson catback exhaust which perfectly fits beneath the stock bumper, no cutting required.

It should be just a little lower, but it's already 99% perfect

What color is that?I have one just like this but in elegance gold and at least 3 to 4 times a year someone’s always asked me if I want to sell my car lol because they know that the older Mercedes were built solid and less problematic. Salute to the channel. Subscribed!

Thank you so much! We are fully aware that there is a big lack of new content on the channel since summer 2022... But we have big plans for this year, there will be lots of high quality content coming your way in 2024 :D The fit and finish of the W202 is top notch and a perfectly maintained example can still feel rock solid after 25 years. There is no denying however that these cars can rust quite badly if you don't take care of them - Mercedes cheaped out on rust protection... Continue to take care of your example, check for corrosion every now & then so your W202 will have many years of life left in it! The color is Mercedes-Benz factory code #199 Blauschwarz.

Thank you 😊 Wheels are aftermarket reproductions of the famous AMG / HWA Monoblock "Style 2" in 8x18 square. If you want this style of wheels, aftermarket is the best way to go. Original 17 inch W202 C43 AMG Monoblocks or the 18 inch variant of the E201 E55 AMG and R129 SL were staggered (wider in the rear, likely won't fit into the C-Class wheel wells) and are almost impossible to find in good condition nowadays (or extremely expensive if you can find a set).

just picked up a clean original owner 107k mile 1999 c230 kompressor sport in silver over black. i have a set of 18" original monoblocks that were on my mother’s 1998 e320 we had growing up. will they fit do you think? i have the 16” sport rims on right now but i want to utilize her monoblocks.

​@@TracesAllegory I've seen a lot of W202 with Monoblock 18" rims, it would fit nicely. Although, i don't really know if it's going rub on the inner wheel arches. My W202 C240 uses 17" AMG Aero rims on it. It's beautiful

What springs are you using? Is those stock?

Die Felgen sind Nachbauten. Originale AMG / HWA Felgen in 18 Zoll wären wahrscheinlich mehr wert als das Auto :D
