The w123 is a great and beautiful classic, and this one looks stunning and in great condition. You can see that you put a lot of work in the restoration of this gorgeous lady, take very good care of her. Don't you worry at all, this car is bulletproof believe me , enjoy your car bro !

Absolutely stunning condition! I think I've never seen such a clean interior or engine on a w123. Little trick: you don't need to cycle the key after the glow lamp goes out. It continues heating the plugs up to one minute. When the light goes out it only means that the recommended glowing time is reached. But I also glow mine a good few seconds longer just to be sure :) Have fun and good times with your Goldie!

This is a magnicificent piece of machinery. Love the color too. Very rare. You'd be hard pressed to find this color in the US. I don't think I've ever seen a 200. My 240 has 167k miles on it. And purss perfectly. Hehe. Take more videos.!

Hello guys! The price for my W123 is 11.000 Euro/11.550$. +Nikola Begjona maybe you're right, but I have invested more than 8000 Euro and many houres of work in this car. This is short list with some operatione that i made in restauration project! 1 Engine overhaul 2 Transmision(complete clutch kit, a reconditioned gear box, differential, planetry, bearing) 3 Suspension(new absorbers)4 Brakes5 Direction6 4 new tyres Vredestein Sprint Clasic7 Body(full tinware and than full conservatin of body) repainting with a high quality yellow paint.(original Mercedes color code G673)8 Interior ( new carpets, all seats and door panels was restored with high quality ecological leather in beige collor9 Blaupunkt radio (1983 modell) with new electric Hirschmann antenna.The car is certified "Hystorical car"I have a lot of pictures and videos from restauration process.

mai OMULE , cat suflet ai bagat in masina asta maaaaaiiiii , nam cuvinte ..)) nu e primul 123 pe care il vad , dar e primu in asa stare ...mai pus jos , nu nu ai pus jos toata Romania ))), daca cineva ma va antreba cum ar arata dragostea fata de o masina o sa le dau un link spre acest video , tot respectul din partea mea ,tineo tot asa ,un like MARE ))

Multumesc pentru aprecieri! Sa stii ca am pus toata pasiunea mea in aceasta restaurare, sute de ore de munca si o suma semnificativa de bani,dar la final a iesit ce am vrut sa iasa! Daca ai vreo data drum prin cluj te invit sa o vezi si sa o auzi live...daca esti pasionat de asa ceva o sa ti se faca pielea de gaina. Stima si respect!

Prima masina a familie(copil fiind) o cobra din '78 parca, 300D... Din pacate iarna nu prea plecai din zapada cu ea (in MM erau destul de generoase iernile). Multa bafta la noul proiect !

La fel si in cazul meu...cand aveam eu 10 ani parintii mei au cumparat o cobra 200D tot din 78. Ala a fost momentul in care mi a intrat modelul asta in sange. Cat despre mersul iarna pe zapada cunosc :)). Cand am filmat acest clip abia am mai bagat masina in garaj din cauza ca era zapada pe strada :) Multumesc de aprecieri!

Mercedes Benz W123 Fan Romania Right and left blinker after the merger create beautiful shape. Add to that the ribs on the lamps which was cast at the factory the production of lampshades. After the experiment, only one thing comes to mind - barrel, such is the story of the name of the model W123 in Poland :)

W123 (barrel) has an older brother with vertical headlights W115: www.carsbase.com/photo/Mercedes-Benz-E-Class-W114-W115-pic-61162.html which is called hard candy - in Polish language: „Landryna” The reason for this is the shape of the headlamps of course. I find it hard to choose which of these cars is nicer - both are equally beautiful

Valójában azért figyelem a W123 diesel motorokat, mert egy ilyet szeretnék beépíteni egy kis traktorba, lehetőség szerint inkább nagyobbat, 2.4, 300 típusét keresek. Sok örömöt a 200D-hez! :-)

The seats are upholstered respecting the original shapes and stitches of factory seats.

Salut!!! Frate,spune-mi te rog,cit timp are nevoie acest motor iarna la -5 ... -10 grade afara,sa se incalzeasca ? Eu vreau sa imi cumpar w123,dar ma ghindesc in viitor,cind va veni iarna,o sa vreau sa o pornesc,doar 5 minute sa o astept sa se incalzeasca,sau 10,si indata s-o pornesc.Normal va fi? Sper si cred ca nu are nevoie mai mult de 10 minute in fiecare dimineata sa se incalzeasca,ca sa merg cu el 3 km pina la lucru si inapoi. Vreau anume 2.0 D,pentru ca din cite vad pe internet,ele ajungeau la kilometraj si de 3 milioane km,masina vesnica,ca un tanc!Si foarte rezistenta !!!

Salut Victor! Ma bucur sa vad ca suntem cat mai multi fani ai acestui model W123. In ceea ce priveste incalzirea motorului pe timp de iarna...pot sa spun doar ca in dimineata in care am testat pornirea la rece (-9*C) am lasat motorul sa mearga la ralanti pana temperatura apei a ajuns la 80*C. Ca si timp a durat undeva la 15-20 de minute. Incalzirea motorului este influetata si de modul in care conduci, dar si de drumul pe care il parcurgi...drum dept,drum in panta, trafic, etc. Dar in ceea ce priveste incalzirea din habitacul la Mercedes w123 te asigur ca poti sta in tricou la -9*C fara probleme :) Daca te pot ajuta si cu alte informatii te og sa mi scrii. Stima.

Mercedes Benz W123 Fan Romania ,multumesc de raspuns.Acum la moment,am posibilitatea sa merg pe logan 1.5 dci.Totul imi place la ea,doar ca trebuie sa investesc in ea 700-1000 euro pentru incalzirea autonoma webasto,ca iarna cind o pornesti,motorul deja sa aiba vreo 40-60 C,si in asa fel si motorul niciodata nu va lucra la rece ceea ce il va pastra,si pentru mine e un confort,ca indata ai pornit fara sa o astepti sa se incalzeasca,si mergi lent.Acum eu cum fac...5-10 minute o astept sa se incalzeasca,vara si iarna,si apoi incetisor ma deplasez....1500-2500 sau 2000-2800 rot/min.In Europa poti lua amenda pentru ca iti incalzesti motorul,ca poluezi aerul,iar pe producatori nu ii intereseaza ca vreai sa exploatezi un motor toata viata.Si la mine la Dacie e ultima generatie diesel,cu sistema common rail,de aia motorul e mai econom ca diselurile clasice,cu cuplu motor(nm) si cai putere cu mult mai mare ca dieselurile clasice,tot asta datorita injectoarelor controlate electric si de mare presiune ceea ce da o producuctivitate foarte inalta.Insa reparatia e cu mult mai scumpa,si se tem de motorina necalitativa,iar cel mai tare ma deranjeaza ca se incalzesc mai greu ca dieselurile clasice,sa fi fost incalzire autonoma nu mai cautam diseluri clasice,dar o sa ii pun si uncalzire autonoma daciei numaidecit.Dacia des o conduc eu,tatal meu mai rar are ocazie ca e prin deplasari.Si totusi vreau sa am masina mea,un w123 cu motor diesel clasic,sau chiar un 124.stiu ca de la 1500 euro in sus va costa 123 ,124 sau un 190 cu motor 2.0 sau 2.5 diesel -exemplar pastrat,dar eu is gata sa procur si webasto la dacie(1000 euro) si masina mea un mercedes cu diesel clasic,fara webasto.daca gasesc un w123 cu motor viu,si caroserie vie cu vreo 700-1000 euro sunt sigur ca imi va sluji kiar mai mult ca dacia.Pe dacie sunt sigur ca o sa ajung la 1 milion km,iar pe mercedes w 123 sau 124 sunt sigur ca ele sunt rezistente si au sa ajunga si la 3 milioane km si mai mult...Am avut in familie o lada 2103,care ia slujit si bunelului,si tatalui meu 36 ani,si eu un an am mers pe ea cind aveam 17-18 si faceam piermisul.Avea motorul 1500 cm(cele mai puternice si durabile),tatal meu spunea ca ea a mers de la 1 milion km in sus,din 1974 e masina,bunelul a luat-o in 1978.Imi pare rau ca anul trecut am vindut-o,ca noua ne era destula dacia ce o avem deja de 2 ani.
