I think you now got sound from the standard amplifier build in the radio, but lost the harman/kardon sound system since you've bypassed that using the optic fibre loop.

Could also be a fuse. Check fuse 6 in the trunk, fuse 28 by the steering - those are both for radio systems

Hi guys my name is Ibrahim suma one of my customers was having the same problem all you have to do is locate the fuse number 6 in the trunk pup it out 10 sec and put it back just like that it’s done everything will be back to normal

What did you loop out? That cable goes to something that has a purpose...you bypassed and lost what?

Hello awesome video. My car is a 2009 e350. I have the same issue as you described and the difference with mine is that I have radio sound. The logo comes on and disappears after about a minute and sound cuts off. None of the steering wheel buttons work for the radio. I have ordered a bypass loop and haven't received it yet. If sound comes on, the comand unit is probably still good correct? According to your video, if I have sound my audio gateway is still good?

2009 E350 radio comes on plays for about a minute then cuts off and back on, any idea what the problem could be

Ok hey I have the same problem my cd player plus 6 cd changer, fm and radio, aux, I mean nothing is working, my radio would come on and I would get static but now all it does is show the logo for a second then go off. So when buying this fiber optic cable do you keep it connected to the cd changer?

I have the same exact issue. Not ordering any replacements as even buying used requires a dealer to plug in and register everything, just for them to look at it starts at $300. 🙄 $10 is $10 so I’m gonna order this loop and start with my disc changer like the video, if it works, great, if not, oh well.

my radio cuts on and works then when i cut my car off somtimes it wont turn on

Did mine their is a few of them command unit cd changer navigation and voice module and tele aid module. I had bad voi e module so with that you need diff loop. Anyway the sos tele aid wontgo away and star diagnostics and mercedes 250 for that bsto go away it will jeep flashi g every 5 min or so back on lol heeeelllpppppp]

@@Ladyvirgo007 no my mistake loop only lets you diagnose what module is bad and once you find that out you can just loop it or replace faulty module. But will not clear sos error

@@robertehlers4330 honestly I’m not sure what’s the problem I have checked the fuses that needed to be checked, I did the bypass loop thing with pretty much all the components unless I’m missing something. Idk but hey thanks for letting me know the price. Appreciate it. Mb will be seeing me soon. Smh
