Menopause & Depression - Selfcare Tips in Tamil

This video talks about overview of Menopause symptoms and how to handle the symptoms. What types of health checkup required during menopause stages. This is a must watch for girls in 40s to 50 year old. The estrogen hormone secretion in a woman’s body slows down as she ages and they get all sorts of health issues associated with this menopause. Usual Menopause Symptoms vary from the common headache to major health issues. The list is long and the menopause symptoms vary form woman to woman. There are woman without a single symptom also. Menopause Problems varies from woman to woman. Some get tiredness, back pain, scanty or no menstruation and some get excessive bleeding. There is no fixed symptom for menopause and the problem varies a lot and vanishes after one or two years.

    I had friends who were very stressed during menopause- its very difficult time for women. Some of my friends tried exercising and found it very useful and less stressed and reduced brain fog! Sending love from Ireland 🇮🇪

    I am also having these problem My age is 50yrs I don't have any support from my husband and my son So many problems and also mental stress I don't have to do or to take any decesion myself I am under the control of my husband for the past 20yrs

    கனவுல பாதிலேயே எந்துருச்சா அது disturbed sleep . அது stress உள்ளவர்களுக்கு நடக்கும். நீங்கள் 6-8 மணி நேரம் தொடர்ந்து தூங்கினால் கனவு வந்தாலும் அடுத்த நாள் fresh feel பண்ணுவீங்க. WebMD says "You can have intense dreams during REM sleep, since your brain is more active. REM is important because it stimulates the areas of the brain that help with learning and is associated with increased production of proteins".
