Crux of the video: 1. Dinner timings (3 hours before sleep). 2. Gadgets usage (2 hours before sleep). 3. Dark sleeping environment. 4. Avoid coffee, sugar and junk food.

Thank you Dr Deepthi. I'm seeing a psychiatric to overcome my depression. For past 1 year plus since my delivery complications known as Amniotic Fluid Embolism(AFE) during my 3rd childbirth I have been through depression and I had tough time ever since, currently on medication to treat my depression. I used to be an active career woman, I'm an Engineer, a mother and a wife, my life changed since my delivery complication. I have trouble to sleep at night, there were times I sleep at 3am sometime 4am. Anyways Thank You for sharing Dr. May God Bless You🙏

I would like to add one more point doctor: Avoid stress full thoughts or talks before sleep, (even studying hard subjects before sleep for students). if possible do meditation or listen to mild peaceful music before sleep. I do Take tae coffee 3 times na day with sugar, I use mobile while sleeping and keep near me , tho I don't eat junk , I finish my dinner at 7:30 pm and sleep by 10-10:30 pm . So mostly I should avoid caffeine sugar n mobile useage ... Thank you so much mam you gave me a better clarity.❤️

Yes, it's true ma'am. I have been detoxing for 2 months. I just realised that my mind felt peaceful state and it's worked as per my words. I do not watch tv and using mobile phones. Instead of that I'm listening affirmations still my mind felt peaceful. My opinion, listening affirmation is remove your negative thoughts and replacing positive ones.
