Go on live however you want but remember this if you won't work on yourself then you will get a partner that is just like you. How can I make my waist smaller than my hips? And by the way high pitched voice if not natural will sound annoying and cringe too. Sometimes the hair is too damaged to be repaired. So no, you can't change these things. They are things you are born with. And these traits are the most important by the way.
