If GB's changeovers had been as good as Germany's first two they would have broken the WR.

Not really sure what the is prediction is based on? Jimmy Guy has just PB and won silver on 200m freestyle at euro short course (Matt Richard’s took gold..), with Duncan Scott swimming a lighter schedule than usual at Paris. Expect this GB relay to break the WR in Paris, they might even smash it. As a reminder the 4 are: the Olympic champion 200m free, the world champion 200m, the Olympic silver 200m free and James guy former world champ 200m free.

The prediction is based on OTHER swimmers coming through for both the US an . As YOU rightly point out J G had to do a PB just to get silver and is a FORMER champ, so not too much to brag about, so let's see.

@@HenriHattar not too much to brag about? Oh sweet lord - he is widely recognised as one of the best relay swimmers of all time😂 Aussies have 1 new addition to their relay which should Improve them. I’m not sure what other swimmers you have in mind for both squads 8 months out from the Olympics?If anyone had a free bet on the winner of this race, when offered equal odds, there would be very few people knowledgeable about swimming that would not be picking GB. Not to say it’s impossible (hey it’s sport after all) but there is no logic basis for it.
