his freestyle stroke is great. It's just not very noticeable since Jay litherland has an insane freestyle.

what Kalisz needs to improve is definitely his turns.

Lochte, London 2012 went 4:05 with the laziest 100 free I've ever seen. If he only would have wanted to break that world record, he surely would split a 4.03 flat or better, and both im world records in long course and short course could be to his name

lmao he would not have gone 4:03, his stroke might have looked "lazy" to you but he was definitely going all out in that last 100, he definitely just burned out towards the end after going out too fast (like he did in Beijing 2008). He wouldn't have gone 4:03
