Takeouts: 1. Could've sworn Gemili got second place. 2. If Sani Brown hadn't have missed the start he would've made the final. 3. Yohan Blake shouldn't have been looking around + slowing down in the position he was in. 4. Semi-final 3 is ridiculously stacked. 5. Ranking means nothing at these meets.

Because he is extremely disciplined, he never goes out to party, he goes to bed before 10, he never breaks his diet, even out of season, he does not drink alcohol, and he rests for two days in a row without moving almost, in addition to part of his functional training. A replaced by other sports such as cycling or boxing in order not to wear down the knees and ankles, he said that most athletes after 30 and younger do not have the discipline of him, that was said in a note that they made him for a newspaper last year, and if you think about it, it is true, there are studies that say that biologically the human body begins to lose perceptible conditions at 36, but that it can be stretched to 40 with great discipline, great discipline that most do not have, and there one can see examples in other sports, boxing, Floyd, Pacquiao, Marquez, in tennis, the best in the world are more than 32 years old, Djokovic, Nadal, Del Potro, Federer, in the UFC most the champions and best fighters have more than 30, in the NBA Lebron, Curry, Duran, Cristiano and Ibrahinovic in soccer etc etc

Truthisstrangerthan Fiction ok but those parts of each of their races are not comparable ... Aaron brown had a pretty decent second half of the race technically so there is not much more that he could change from this race besides relaxing ... on the other hand Sani Brown literally SAT in the blocks after the gun went off; his poor start was more a result of a poor reaction to the gun and he was way more tense than Aaron Brown in the second half of the race ... Him not sitting in the blocks like he did in this race alone would have gotten him second
