The 8 Fastest Ever Men to Run a Diamond League 100m - IAAF Diamond League

Спорт

Over the years, there have been some phenomenal 100m performances in the IAAF Diamond League, including winning runs from Ronnie Baker and Christian Coleman in 2018, Andre de Grasse's wind-assisted 9.69 in Stockholm in 2017 and Justin Gatlin, Tyson Gay, Asafa Powell, Yohan Blake and Usain Bolt 'opening up the throttle' through the years.

Bolt and Asafa are clean. Bolt is the only teenager who could have run 19.70 at 15 if he never slowed and had gone all out. Asafa was running extreme fast time long before he knew how fast he is. When you want to talk rubbish. Do your research. No other athlete has run these fast times as junior and then transcend to the senior level. At 15 Usain could have been a medalist. Asafa at 19

You like "power"' runners. Stride runners like Bolt and technical runners (Degasse and Coleman) are the three ways that I categorize the world class sprinters today. Power runners could be NFL forces and would be least affected by wearing pads. Pads would seriously degrade the other types of runners.

I don’t think he will shock the world. Yeah he’s still pretty young but he is way out of his prime. WAY out. As of now, he would have to really try to even get under 10 seconds. I don’t even think he’s gone under 20 seconds at all in the 200m this year. Also, it looks like he’s put on a lot more bulk on his muscles which can slow him - but I’m not sure about that 100%. But don’t worry he still has a year and a half to get up to par again so he cam at least run under 9.90 lmao

Substances. The fact Gatlin got caught earlier in his career but not later doesn't mean he wasn't using later. Barry Bonds never got caught, but it was 100% clear to everyone he was juicing during the last half decade plus of his career. Meanwhile, Bolt's career progression, peak, and decline looked natural.
