There is obviously a bias towards the higher end of the spectrum, which makes sense as men with average to smaller sizes might be less likely to participate. That's why the second smallest size is a six when it fact it is already quite above average. Kudos to Andy for participating and for being confident about his fairly average cucumber, and to all participants too for agreeing to be part of this.

I also don’t think that the guys selected were randomly picked either. Their sizes were probably measured before hand to make sure that the black guy they picked wasn’t one of the biggest and the Asian guy one of the smallest. I loved the visual representation of the whole „shower“ and „grower“ through the rearranging. Also it was nice to see the guys talking so openly about their sizes. Yet, we have to acknowledge that this is a non random sample sized 7. so the fact that most of the attendees are above average possibly shows that above average people might be more likely to participate in such a format.

I'm very curious as to how 6 out of 7 of them were way above average. Were these guys chosen at sort of random or did they volunteer themselves? If the latter I can understand it as I imagine only guys who know they're above average would feel most comfortable being compared. They have nothing to lose essentially. And the smallest guy had delusions about being bigger so that explains him.

I think in reality 6 is the average. Its not too above average. The world average is like 5 inches because of swaying by billions of asians and indians
