Brilliant! McCracken may not be the most animated raconteur, but he’s thoughtful and honest. He gives Ward the respect he deserves and Froch himself. The more I hear about Froch’s career, the more I respect him. He had more successive tough fights than many and always seemed to need to prove himself, especially after losses to Kessler and Ward, and ironically win over Groves! Fascinating that McCracken thinks Foster stopped Groves’ fight fractionally too early. Love or hate him, you can’t deny Froch was a true fighting man.

Was fortunate to meet him ( Finchley boxing club) very knowledgeable and down to earth chap.btw boxing is in his blood, one of his relatives fought Jack Dempsey ( Tommy Gibbons) I think it was in 1923, ( a good read is a boxing book highlighting the fight, " Shelby folly")

It Really proves ALL THOSE AJ B/S IDIOTS WRONG back in the days when AJ GOT BEAT and Rob was his trainer ect. Rob really knows his sport and really knows his fighter's.. Ultimately This is important.. as fighter's now day's blame the trainer ect. Of course their are some trainer's that use the wrong tactics. like JOE JOYCE'S Trainer LOL. Great video.

I knew Carl was a great fighter but when you hear all the intracasies of each fight, like the Ash cloud, the Taylor fight in hostile territory and all the tough world class guys he thought like Abraham in a freezing cold Finland you realise just how great those victories were. Carl faced so many dangerous opponents with many on foreign soil with everything against him and found a way to beat the lot bar Ward. Without doubt the best resume of opponents I can think of from a british fighter since Lennox Lewis's career for me.
