Fun fact, when I was a kid I didn’t know what caused that noise cicadas make so I actually thought it was just a noise that heat generated. I truly thought of it as the noise of summer

The most you can do to fight off the heat is to drink cold drinks and wear nothing but shorts. You can do much more to fight off the cold than to fight off the heat. That's why I prefer cold.

Living in South Australia, I never use my air-conditioning until it gets over 40c during summer, but I never use a heater during winter. The majority of the time, it is between 20c and 30c.
