Hoover is the main reason why Crips split up. If you from LA hoover got enemies on all sides and their location make them enemy to Bloods, Crips and ESE hoods. Only true Hoover ally is Shotgun and 83 Gangster and Longbeach. HOOVER, is before crip but they grimey. 100s strong now but remember, 107 is 1 set against all of the 100s. Takes allot to do that. 112 hoover is extinct, Licks been serving them. 90 NH is a really A hoover set that went rouge . 83 warring with them now hard. Hoovers really pushed them selves in on allot of sets because of their size. Either you turn Hoover or your not.
