I hope she finds a man that truly loves, respects and honours her. It's so sad the amount of mistakes she's made when it comes to relationships. Men just use her for her money, fame and clout. I'm so glad she's away from that abusive beast of an ex-husband of hers but unfortunately they'll always be connected because of the child they have together. I really want her to stay in the UK where she's surrounded by her family and friends.

You've got your mum and family and loved ones around you, just cherish them Make the most of life and enjoy. It's not about fame or money , that doesn't buy love or happiness . My big sister is mixed race and had afro hair back in the 90s, she was also called all those words Mel was. As soon as the Spice Girls hit the scene, she embraced natural her hair and really looked up to Mel as a role model. I love how honest Mel has always been, it's easy to see how she is so loved. Her suicide attempt is shocking. Just goes to show nobody knows what's really going on inside someone. Always ask your loved ones 'are you okay?' It can honestly literally save lives. Sometimes depressed and suicidal people need an opening to speak as it's too hard to find the words. Stay safe everyone 😊

Her book Brutally Honest is brilliant well worth a read I really respect her for all she's done for DV I grew up in that and its an awful situation to live in and to see a parent being abused is truly horrific. With all thats known now about coercive and controlling behaviour and the information out there now has given me and my mother the words to actually talk about everything we went through in that awful time. Domestic Abuse does so much damage to people and needs to be taught in schools.
