I wonder if its a little water proof for surf fishing . It would have to head out through small or large waves. Maybe could be modified ?

Based on comments I have seen it might not do so well for this out of the box but I believe with a little time and effort the unit could be sealed well enough for some larger waves, can't promise it but I think it is possible.

Thanks for the video. Does the top deck unscrew to access the motors and internal wiring? I want to use one of these for an autonomous boat project. Thanks.

Thank you very much. They didn't design it to be very easy but it can be removed and replaced if needed and you were willing to take the time to pull it apart which for the cost I'd certainly do if needed.

They have it rated somewhere between 400-500 meters, the area I had for testing was not huge but it covered the small pond well. A local fisherman owns this now as he fishes often and lets his grandchildren play with it so I cannot test anything specific any longer. From the Amazon listing: Remote Control distance:400-500m(Ideally, the environment will be different)

How to bind new transmitter can you help me

As far as I am aware they are bound with one another before shipping out and don't have any steps outlines detailing pairing another or replacement transmitter. I no longer have this, it is being used by someone that fishes often and lets his grandchildren play with it. My suggestion would be to open the boat and see what info you can get from the electronics then Google that part, it is probably used with other RC products and someone surely has spoken or typed some info on pairing devices I'd imagine.

@@futqu789 If you open the boat and get the receiver module information someone might be able to help but without that, I doubt you'll get much information that is useful. Good luck!

@@futqu789 Hmm, not so easily found via Google, hopefully someone that is really into RC vehicles might recognize the numbers to a specific brand or model and can assist you with instructions.
