This Documentary was produced by Radio Pakistan to give the tribute to the Legend of Classical Music, Mehdi Hasan on his birthday.
A special ceremony was organized by Radio Pakistan Lahore Station which was presided by The Minister for Information & Broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan. The same documentary was broadcast on FM 93, FM 101 & NBS (Medium Wave Station).

The great Mehdi Hassan was a very special creation of the greatest Allah swt. The world has seen only few personalities of this calibre. We don't realize how big asset he was.

اس میں پنجابی میں کوئی خاص تک بھی نہیں بنتی تھی. یہ کوئی ان کا اپنے ہوں گے بس شامل کرنا تھا.
