Harry stopped paying rent when he repaid for the remodeling. So when you don't pay rent for over a year, you are asked to leave. Why don't the media people not do some research. To avoid paying taxes and to be able to take extra deductions , Harry was probably using his Frogmore address on Travalyst. It is important to include your address correctly as well as date you live there in case your taxes get audited by the IRS here in the states, especially if Harry is making any income from Travalyst. I don't know British tax rules but here in the states, if your legal address is in one state but you "work" in another you could deduct a lot of your living expenses as work related. I am sure the Sussex pay the least amount of taxes they could even if it meant using Frogmore as the home address. I have heard Montecito was just rented so it could have been a way to deduct their rent and other expenses from their taxes in Britain.
