Most only agreed to give full disclosure because the report would never be released. They've suffered enough. I'm sure if people want to speak about their experience, they'd find a way, but the report was intended to be private, releasing it would be an injustice. I'm not saying the Sussexes don't deserve to have every shaking word known by all, I'm saying those who suffered would suffer far worse from the relentless evil the Sussex squad would attack them with. The staff aren't being hard done by, they are having their privacy respected. Things will come out, but the report must never be the source or see the light of day, it would be awful for them.

They must find a way without releasing names even if it is only the conclusion that those ten or more staff were found to be bullied. A clause should be included for the Sussexes not to give out names who they think they might be or any details about them. The palace have a duty to protect the employee's from further bullying or harassment by H&M or their minions ,We have laws in the UK that prevent employers from releasing details of harassment claims for a reason .

Sometimes the only way to clear a bit of nastiness is to air it out. Bring it all out into the light and let the chips fall where they may. Meghan's cruelty shouldn't be kept hidden.

No-one would give up a job with the RF if they didn't have very good reason for doing so, I think. And the very fact that there were so many of them quitting speaks volumes.

Thank you Kinsey. An honest report. I feel so sorry for all those abused employees who were bullied and cannot speak out for different reasons. I bet they were paid peanuts too. Tom Bowers' book is so worth reading and YES the information re staff leaving will trickle out one day soon ...This couple have become loathed universally for their appalling , attention seeking stunts and for their greed. Not to mention their lack of empathy and sensitivity to elderly, sick, family members.

The RF messed up by protecting Rachel but this proves she told another lie by saying she wasn't protected.

The palace should absolutely release the bullying report. They should lift all NDAs from the victims also.

I was 17 graduated high school got a full-time job and the woman in charge was nastier than I could ever imagine day after day week after week month after month I took her crap and one day. I decided I’d have enough. I confronted her. I lambasted her and I let her know she was bullying me. I then went to her boss and let him know exactly what I did. It was over. This woman never bullied me again.

I was bullied by two colleagues, then victim - blamed. Bullying in the NHS is out of control, and has been for years. HR were absolutely useless, and I thank heaven for my union’s regional officer. I was off sick for 6 months.

Indeed, one hospital at which I worked had a reputation for this, aided by someone who should never have been appointed as a night sister, as she was completely clueless. This was in pre - PREP days. I was a steward for UNISON, so had immediate access to the regional officer. Now retired, thank goodness.

Yes I do think the bullying report should be released.

The fact that there is a 'bullying report' is enough said. If there was only one, or two complaints I am positive the report would not exist. To do a report the bullying complaints would have to be malignant I would suspect. They need to stop being so loud, in our faces continually......READ A ROOM!!!!!

No, they are protecting the employees who were bullied knowing that releasing the report will subject them to the press and the social media antics of the Sussex squad. It's not a given that all of them want to be outed in the public eye, and we don't know what atonements the RF made to them once they got the report.

Yep. M is the epitome of a social climber. She's brilliant. I'm teems of getting what she wants no matter the cost ( hurting so many). What a shame. She has a doctorate in destroying all bridges. Seriously-- in the UK and Commonwealth, an employer who permits an atmosphere of bullying, intimidation, harassment or discrimination is legally liable. It is unlawful - and the Palace should be accountable for how they handled this issue. They clearly were informed by staff that this was occurring.

I believe they were stuck between a rock and a hard place. She was making allegations of racism and stating it was a culture clash. You are right that if the employer is aware of the bullying and they allow it to continue then they are jointly liable unless they can show that they did take action to stop it etc.

Agree. By not addressing the issue, BP were implicated in that very situation.

The Palace should either release the report or release the victims from their NDAs so they can speak for themselves. British taxpayers should not be funding the cover-up of an American bully's treatment of other British tax-paying citizens.
