He CAN'T! It has to be done by Parliament, but they can't do it either at the moment because there's no actual law allowing for this to be done. There is a private bill going through the parliamentary process now, which is due its second reading in June/July, and then it's voted on by the House of Commons, then if successful it's sent up to the House of Lords who debate it, decide if any changes are needed, then it's handed back to the Commons, who debate any changes, then they vote again, it's sent back to the Lords who vote as well. If it's successful, the government has it drawn up, and only then is it presented to the monarch to officially sign (ratify) it into law. King Charles has done pretty much all he can do as a monarch, and as a father, he's pretty much washed his hands of the clown prince. He's distanced himself from the idiot younger son (and the terrible wife), and now it looks like he's going to cut them off completely because of this debacle of a 'tour'. I feel sorry for the King, really, as he does love both of his sons, but I'm sure that he's reached the point where he just has to give up on the ginger whinger and the mattress actress. At least he's got one loyal and loving son in Prince William, a wonderful daughter-in-law in Princess Catherine, and 3 beautiful and charming grandchildren in Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, who are there for him! He also has a fantastic wife in Queen Camilla. It'll be hard not having his younger son, but he'll do it for the good of family, country, the Commonwealth, and the monarchy, of course.

@carmenroeger8225 I think the Palace has done the right thing imo. I'm sure they already knew about the children. There's enough accusations being thrown at them atm, which are all untrue without adding racism again to the list, which again was untrue the last time. Why give these nasty people more to snipe about. The truth always comes out in the end. The Palace sat back and has gave Harry and Megan enough rope to h++g themselves and its working.

There is no way Meghan can be 43% Nigerian. Her Dad is white european. Doria is mixed race. Even if Doria was 43% Nigerian Meghan would be less than that. Meghan says when she got the DNA results she called her mother to tell her. Doria would already have known that about being Nigerian. In addition Meghan had also claimed to be from Malta.

It's almost unheard of for a charity, however small, to not have at least 5 board members. The majority of members have to be independent of the charity itself. H and M are the sole controllers of their charity. Not 1 board member. They can do what they like with the money and get it from whoever completely unchallenged. Not illegal but when people are dealing with charity funds they want transparency. Obviously not these two. Wonder why??????

They were not there in any royal capacity, and when in England were never senior working royals. Harry being a prince of the United Kingdom doesn't make it a royal tour, nothing they do has anything to do with the palace
