Issa was not going to jeopardize her publicity partnership (which reflects on her as a professional in relation to Hollywood)…. For Amanda who continually rubs people the wrong way and starts problems just because she loves conflict. Why in the world would Issa jeapordize her connections/her team for an UNRULY EMPLOYEE… who after she was told was not on the list for the party (and went on instagram LIVE to rant about it while outside the event doors)… of a prestigious event the publicist threw (and probably paid for)… barged last security (according to her own testimony) and entered the party forcefully. Not only is that grounds for Amanda being blackballed, but it absolved Issa of any responsibility to do anything for a completely disrespectful, disgruntled employee.

Not only did she go there to crash the event… but when she was turned away/prevented from crashing,… she went on instagram LIVE and lied about the person who refused her entry (who was a black/shanks girl)… claiming she was a white woman denying her entry. After making a spectacle on instagram LIVE (and throwing Hesse Williams under the bus by being such an unprofessional invitee)… She herself claimed she barged past security and forcefully entered the event. This is when things escalated and 4 security guards were sent to kick out out of the part. She went on instagram LIVE once more and played victim claiming she was thrown out unjustly

Amanda is the common denominator in all her conflicts. She goes into victim mode after displaying aggression. I used to watch her on the Real and she would turn 'Girl Chat' into a debate. She was extremely abrasive and you could tell the other ladies were slightly uncomfortable with her. I would avoid her too.

Ive been in the same room once with Amanda Seales during taping of ‘Bring the Funny’ I was an audience member. She wasn’t pleasant at all but I also saw on her face that she was tired, they had been filming for 8 hrs before my group got inside to tape but she had a lot of fans in the audience from Insecure’. She did piss off a lot of her fans because of how she spoke to them. Whenever they blurted out something to her in between taping. It turned us all off but I honestly believe we got her on a off day, and it does coincide with what everyone’s else is saying about her. So idk. I kinda feel bad for her. It I think it’s healthy for her to see from other people’s perspective how may come off to them.

I wanted Megan to succeed but yeah playing the victim over and over gets old too . She is very unprofessional and i am tired of seeing her twerk every 5 minutes. I had to unfollow her because of that . She would be trying to level up but her mind is so immature.

If straddling the fence was a person, it would be you. Your need to constantly ‘see it from both sides’ in almost every discussion is so reductive. If this was Oprah and not Isa, we would be having a very different conversation that someone was iced out and she sat back and did nothing as their mental health deteriorated. The position she held required her to manage the set and cast.

I grew tired of Megan the minute that clip of her and Chloe came up, and she kept trying to force that young lady to drink and calling her a b word. I DO believe she has a drinking problem but hides it under the guise of “turning up” and having fun. I’ve been a huge Megan supporter, I feel like she’s one of the hottest female rappers we’ve seen in a while, especially with Nicki Minaj being a huge pioneer for the 2010’s. HOWEVER, babygirl has had way too many stories. Wayyy too many for my liking. I definitely have empathy, and grace for what she’s been through, but man everyone isn’t lying on you. Even if it’s not necessarily as bad as it’s being portrayed in the media, it shows some level unprofessionalism, and problematic behavior. I’ll even say self destructive to a certain extent, and this is coming from someone who literally has a very similar story to Meg as far as being known as a fun person with shady ways. One day, as I was experiencing a really bad anxiety and depressive time, it hit me, I’m the issue, not bc I’m a bad person, but I’ve seen so much, I’ve experienced so much, I just didn’t know how to deal with anything anymore, so I was winging it thru life. I would lie about things so they didn’t seem as bad, I was doing things I wasn’t supposed to, while smiling like the happiest person, when I really feel awful for what I’ve done. Acknowledging I wasn’t always being my best self, has been a saving grace. Said all that to say, I see her trying, and I respect it, I hope she’s able to continue to push through, but it’s ok for us as ppl to acknowledge she hasn’t been the best person.

There are ways to manage conflict in the workplace and clearly Issa doesn't know how to do it or doesn't want to. As a leader and their boss, it's her responsibility to ensure conflict resolution takes place, even if she isn't involved. She could have outsourced that stuff, but she just chose to ignore it. People so used to drama these days but don't realize everybody don't have to deal with it. Issa not passive or weird she just lowkey, like to mind her own business and not dramatic.

Publicist or not, Issa was right. It's not of her business. They are grown women and if they cant handle being adults, they need to hire someone that gets paid to mediate. Why would Issa jump into a problem between two grown women that doesn't have anything to do with her? That's unprofessional. If Issa didnt influence her dislike for Amanda, she shouldn't have to step in and make her feel any other way.

Issa was the boss. It is her job. In the regular corporate world, all of this would be considered retaliation and bullying in the workplace. Issa would have gotten a massive lawsuit had Amanda actually BEEN the mean girl people are suggesting. Employers have every responsibility to create a positive workplace environment, she indirectly caused and enabled a toxic work environment that causes distress. That’s a fat check! That’s also why Vanessa said (the first thing out of her mouth) “this has nothing to do with Issa.” Issa ain’t dumb, she knows she could’ve gotten in serious trouble

So basically Meg ran all of her friends away and is now paying professional people to be her “friends” and expect them to be ok with anything because she “pays them” allegedly? 😅

Amanda is a true narcissist, she has become the villain because of her need to be the victim. I am disgusted that she lied about being diagnosed with autism by a doctor and later on said it's "self diagnosed".

After watching that interview with Amanda I honestly have a different view of her and I’m 💯 behind her and will support her moving forward

I find it interesting how ppl always say there's a certain way to do things but they never mention what that "way" is. 😒 That irks me.

Amanda being autistic explains why she doesn't pick up on social cues. Clearly Issa didn't"t care for Amanda, or her drama, but she's also seems like the type who doesn't like confrontation. She has a serious lack of boundaries. I learned the hard way you can't confront everyone, you have to pick your battles wisely.

But how maby times do you need to NOT be invited & asked to leave before realizing you're not welcome? She brags about her level of intelligence, yet can't see the forest for the trees. Go where you're celebrated & welcomed..not where you're not wanted.

I will not forget when Amanda Seales lied on Myron Rolle, the basketball player turned neurosurgeon. She had no problem lying on a man with serious accusations. It doesn't matter if it happened in the past, where is her apology for ruining his life? Until Amanda does right by him, things will remain the same. I believe when she dismissed the claims, that's when everything went downhill for her.

She’s most likely a Narc like many people over the years have pointed out. It’s not going to change lol it’s ironic she had a show called small doses when that’s actually how some therapists say you should deal with narcissists in (small doses)

I dont know Amanda personally and I'm sure there are many nuances to her grievances, but I think part of her challenge with communication and managing conflict is her being the only child. Everyone is different, but it's not far fetched that an only child, who didn’t have experiences with sibling rivalry and all that would bring, could be challenged as an adult in areas of conflict. I'm no therapist, but just my hypothesis...

Right. I would like her to expound more on what she learned from these experiences & less focus on being wronged. It’s almost like she needs better PR representation or media training on how she portrays herself in conflicts with others. She should work with a communication specialist or something. Idk but I do like her and wish her the best
