What´s up goblins and welcome back to Cosmoteer: starship architect & commander
It was time to bring a ship with a strength in fighting huge fleets simultaneously. And there we are: the Indomitable Octagram is meant to take on even the largest fleets without any reinforcements and today I show you, that it can definitely fill out this role!

Looks awesome, love how you hocked them up to the main station, kinda wish more ppl would experiment with this mechanic. Also, like how you utilized the gaps between docking stations by having them guarded by chainguns, anything that dared to go inbetween your ships got rekt. Did you know that you can make your ships way more durable by threading the armor, that way you can keep your ships light and sturdy or just make them super durable in general :3

How long does it take to set up this MEGA ship?

Hi powercell, this ship in particular took me around 13 hrs, the by far greatest part here was the design of the 3 different ship-parts (around 12 hrs), then maybe another 30 mins to connect all parts together and the rest were minor improvements Thanks for your support, I hope you have a nice day 😁
I'm suprised by how well designed the different sections are. Most of these "mega ship" video's have ships that aren't particularly well designed. But this one has components that on their own would be pretty bad, but combined together form a devastating field of fire. Pretty neat
