MEGA KICKDOWN! | Carousel Buses Mercedes Benz O530/Citaro, 881 (BT09 GOX) | Route 81

New to London General as MEC47
After first arriving at Carousel Buses in early 2017 (I can't remember if it was May, June or some other month), it left in October for Thames Travel until it came back to its rightful home in September 2020
Yes this is 881 on the 81! And yes I have filmed this before on the 40. No I did not mind a repeat run, which is unusual as I don't normally like to ride the same buses over and over again but the kickdowns were far faster and harder as well as more plentiful than the 40, so I think it warranted it
This bus was working Route 81: Windsor, Parish Church - Hounslow Bus Station (Stop Z1)

This one and GOJ I really like, they seem to be more beastly compared to the others. It's ZRC that you want to avoid though if I'm right. Not that I'll probably ever use carousel again unless I use the route 1 in Hemal because of the route 103 being cut unfortunately 😕

878 was always a firm favourite of mine after the experience I had on 740 in 2017. However I don’t think you mean 876 as I’ve never known there to be anything wrong, or even much different with it to the 877-878 lot. Yet I’ve filmed 880 on 40 in its rough sounding underpowered state that Thames Travel left it in, maybe that’s what you had in mind?
