They are but as of now USA is Kenya 's biggest trading partner for export market followed by Uganda. Most of the foreign remittances also come from USA. The Chinese market is good for giving loans and exporting their goods to Africa which over time kills manufacturing in Africa. Ruto has a good opportunity to further Kenya's economic interests from this trip.
