GRASSMEN are the fast-paced, global agriculture phenomenon whose video content and merchandise are recognised worldwide. The business was started in 2009 by current director Gareth Gault, known to fans as ‘Donkey’. His love and passion for machinery allowed him to experiment with cameras and upload content to KZread. To his surprise, a large following soon developed and the niche in the market for real-life, documentary, farming and machinery action made it possible to drive the brand forward.

I believe that smyth trailers are the best all round trailers on the market. I’ve been to the factory before and it’s some setup that they have there fair play to Sam and Clive

Brilliant interview as usual from Cian and great to see how a trailer manufacturing workshop in Carlow is exporting to the world. For a County once known for sugar production it's now on the world stage with these massive trailers. Superb video....

Great video, seems a nice chap. The big advantage for these guys in the likes of the US, Australia and NZ is, chuck a trailer on a tractor and you can put a lad with no HGV license on it and those guys tend to work for less money than truck drivers will.

@@Grassmen Well I reckoned it was something like that……that and why bother when he has such a solid product and he’s flat out trying to keep on top of the order books as it is?!🤷🏻♂️ Seriously good trailers though. Next level with the positive steering and the super cube option!👌🏻
