ln terms of leasing cost for heavy equipment and ag machinery, many times interest only makes up some 10-20% of the total TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Thereby, if you are running a contracting operation with high amount of hours and higher requirement for max uptime, lower fuel, service cost and max productivity. Then interest cost is a minor factor in relationship to the operational cost and most importantly potential income per labor hour.
