Absolutely fantastic video, really insightful. Tell your dad I've got copy of the 'custom bike builder', and your nose on your kids bike is absolutely perfectly aligned over your handlebar stem. I have known about Brian Rourke bikes for years and seen how they stand out. Funny you mention Roberts bikes, I live in the south east and on numerous occasions I have spotted them coming down the road way ahead of being able to see the decals, just go to show either how well made they are and /or how well fitted they are. Congratulations on building a bike for Muhammed Ali as well, I didn't realise that, Cycling and Boxing my 2 favourite sports.

Amazon sell a north / south divide translation calculator, it is a common thing for people not to understand them, helps me with a friend of mine from Lancashire, so when he says he's going to have 'a bath' I know he is going to have a wash, another time he said he was heading for 'Franz" and I didn't have a clue what he was talking about, put it into calculator , turns out he was heading to a country in Europe. Other things they say up north is 'would you like gravy on your chips?, if they say this to you then the answer is, absolutely, and plenty of it. Or 'Eh up chuck /flower, would you like a chip butty" put this into the translation calculator and you will find you are being offered chips in a bread roll, bit unusual but worth a try. Amazon also sell an Australian translation calculator but that is another story, is mainly for names.
