Meet the London House Grand Prize Winner and Proud New Owner of a £5,000,000 Chelsea Townhouse
When the team here at Omaze first tried to contact Oceanne to tell her she’d won a prize, she actually blocked our calls (twice) because she didn’t recognise the numbers. Even when we eventually got through, via text message, her initial reply was “this must be a joke.” But, luckily for Oceanne, we weren’t going to give up that easily.
Arriving at her friend's flat in Barking, where she currently resides, we sang Oceanne a christmas carol she’ll never tire of listening to. Swapping out a few of the lyrics, we revealed that Oceanne was, in fact, the Grand Prize Winner of our London House Draw.
Overwhelmed, Oceanne, a mature student studying to become a paediatric nurse, burst into tears at the news, explaining “it’s a very good feeling to know that you’ve got your own home.” And what a home this £5,000,000 townhouse in luxurious West London will be.
Having recently spent an extended period of time in hospital herself, Oceanne was thrilled to have supported NHS Charities Together too, going on to say, “I know firsthand how incredible the work the NHS does is - I owe my life to the NHS - I wouldn’t be here today without them.”

I'd take the money and buy a house thats less posh, because my kids would destroy a lovely house like the ones you give away. 😂 And also buy some smaller properties in my kids names, rent then out and put the earnings in an account for them, so they're set when they're older. Id buy my mum and her partner a house, nearby. The rest I'd use for education for all of us. Take my Neurodiverse kids out of the school system that's only set up for Neurotypical kids and get them private tutors and extra curricular activities, so they don't have to struggle the way their dad and I did. And we could all enjoy the new career paths and futures we choose. 🥰 One day!

She won't be able to afford to live in this house - the council tax would be more than her wages - but it would be very sensible to rent it out and from that money she could comfortably rent somewhere outside London + live nicely. That's what I would do. Congratulations!

Well id make sure my nephew was so looked after,we lost joes dad when he was 10yrs old(my brother)2days under 6months later we lost my mum,so on mothers day 2017 i became motherless but in that same sentence ? I also became a first time mom to my nephew😢😢❤❤, so id just make sure he was so sooo looked after as hes 18,yrs old now &im not a well woman, & ive lost everyone in 6months of each other so money definetley means nothing to me!!?? But unfortunetley you NEED MONEY TO SURVIVE, SO IT WUD MEAN THE WORLD TO ME FIE JOE😢XX
