Meet the DJI AGRAS T50 agriculture drone.
The Agras T50 is built to cover large areas thanks to its 40 kg spraying and 50 kg spreading capacity. With a spraying max flow rate of 24 L/min and spreading max flow rate of 108 kg/min, T50 is ready for operations that demand heavy treatment.

@@timyeomanify i did the tedious jobo of going through their website and under absolutely optimal circumstances it can fly with a full load for up to 25 minutes. but the 9 minute charging does make up for that i think

Well it'll spray its full capacity in like 2 minutes. So it probably doesn't need to fly too long

@@ChevTecGroup but it can probably be programmed to selfcollect water-spray-collect then charge itsself and do it once again and again without human interference. Marvelous machine

Ikr... Takes like almost an hour to charge my DJI fpv battery
This is a solid improvement, particularly with the 40+kg capacity. This drone will be a boon for granular insecticides application against mosquito larvae - something we mosquito people really do need. Well done DJI!
DJI is crazy! I've never seen a company execute so well in my life.

And the FAA is doing everything they can to make it harder and harder to use their drones in USA. Me looking around for a US drone manufacturer that can match their products. I cant find any. Politics over utility, as usual.

@@Baleurit's not the FAA it's companies like skydio PAYING OFF POLITICIANS to ban them. Skydio now has all the drone contracts 😂 And their crappy drones are overpriced

The technology packed in this drone is just stunning: obsticle avoidance, altitute control in steep terrain. Just unbelievable!

The T-40's terrain following was terrible. The RADAR on the landing gear will fix that, bringing it back to at least the standard of the T-30

Can confirm... we run 8,000 acres of corn and soybeans in the midwest. We had a company come with 3 of these and the sound they make is frighting when they are all flying in unison. The drones will talk to each other so they dont spray the same spot twice and when one is getting refill the others will continue and vise versa.

@@crandonborth China also has a lot of such companies or family busnesses. One or two family members with a few drones doing agriculture spray work with high efficiency.

@@crandonborth you sprayed 8000 acres with 3 of these? lol how many weeks??? 3 of the T50s would only do ~ 70 acres per day (~180 hectares)....

@@beardedbarnstormer9577 looks like these things can do 50 acres an hour, so 3 of these doing 8 hour days is a of spraying for 8000 acres.
