    King David who wrote these words recorded in Psalm 63 has always been a source of encouraging and comforting words because of his great love and close relationship with his God. To David, God’s loving-kindness was better than life itself, for it was God’s loyal love expressed toward him that gave real meaning to his life. Thank you for reminding me of those words today.

    Thank you - I meditated on your reading of Psalm 63, and my wife and I shall read a few more tonight before bed. Much of Scripture was written during great social upheaval, and will always remain relevant during troubled times. Thank you again.

    Yes, the Psalms are always beautiful, but I feel like some have been even more encouraging and meaningful to me on a level I relate to even more when times are harder, when I’ve felt discouraged and disconnected and depressed over the last two years
