#Meditation
Yoga Nidra is very effective and an easy practice to induce deep relaxation and it can be used as an alternative method of meditation .Many researchers found that regular practice with proper resolution can reprogram the subconscious mind to eradicate many deep rooted bad impressions of the mind.
I am advising to practice without head phone or earphone so that you will be able to listen the natural sounds in the surrounding as a tool to relax and introvert the mind.

@@bobbyuthup in yoga Nidra there is a stage that practitioner has to remind themself I will not sleep ..I will be awakens...eventhough one may fell into sleep because of many factors including physically tired or lock of concentration etc..so there is only solution ...that is keep on practice irrespective of the result . By considering many psychological aspects I should say WHATEVER THE RESULT ALL IS FINE KEEP PRACTICE
