Best evidence based clinical presentation. Definitely, will apply this knowledge!
Easy to listen to and educational. Thankyou Sir
The Prof nailed it. Every word articulated carried weight, laden with data and knowledge. No “aaa..” or “mmm”.... Organization of the topic into subsections, then dissecting each with precision in appropriately slide wording was highly professional. The demeanor, voicing and mannerism was also full of humility despite with authoritative grip of the bull by the horns in this pancreatitis arena. How I pray we should all emulate this... (sorry to say most who brag a lot, know less) ✋🏽if you agree.

Thank you. This is an amazing lecture
Thank you Doctor Vege, this is my second time watching, I learn a lot.
Thank you Doctor Vege. It is an excellent lecture. The Professor is so authoritative, his suggestion carries weight. I feel at owe with Doctors at Mayo Clinic as well as Emory. The age of internet made it possible for anyone to listen to lecture from prestigious medical school. Thank you again.
Every word is pearls of valuable information. Excellent lecture!
Excellent overview. Since AP is associated with hyper catabolic state, nutritional support especially entral should reduce the systemic complications. Not all necrotizing pancreatitis are amenable to endoscopic techniques so hybrid approaches requiring percutaneous techniques may be required. Finally with due respect surgeons battling with this dreadful malady for ages are as receptive to scientific rationale as our worthy internists.
My partner is on his 5th day of alcohol withdrawal and day 6 of acute pancreatitis. It's so risky. He is out of hospital after 5 days. I believe him to be a high risk patient. His organs already deranged. What can i do?
Thankyou sir..
