  Elaborate and excellent presentation on takotsubo cardiomyopathy... LVEF does improve within 2 to 4 weeks from 35 percent to 60 percent but ECG changes like T wave inversion in almost all leads continues to persist ...what's the implication is not get clear despite the patient largely asymmetric with no medication

  My friends daughter , who has special needs , has had a placement of a NGtube and has been receiving her formula through this , in the beginning of her lower dosage of feedings everything seemed to be going well , as they upped her intake consumption she started to have heavy sweats during her feeds , face going pale didn’t look good does anyone have an answer to why this is happening ? Please share thank you 🙏

  Many unanswered questions - 1. where did she bleed from? the colonoscopy did not show a myeloma or amyloid deposit 2. why was lap colectomy done?( i thought it was an overkill) if the polyp was the problem, endoscopic polypectomy would be the ideal choice. was the polyp characterised by JNET/NICE/KUDO classification? or was it uncharacterisable? Was it really an amyloid deposit? 3. if the patient rebled, why was CT angiography not done? fear of worsening AKI on CKD would be unfounded as she needed renal replacement anyway. this would have answered the question whether the GI bleed was secondary to diverticulosis or the amyloid. If it were diverticular bleed, then amyloid would be an innocent bystander contributing to the rest of her problems.

  You have to Trust in the Lord, not just doctors. I had my fistula surgery and it went smoothly. My arm is healing very nicely, the pain was minimal. My scar looks normal, now I have to wait for it to mature and heal, I'm on my way to feeling better. Thank you Jesus for giving me strength and courage. I stay away from negative comments, don't listen to these people, only listen to positive people. People are something else, be careful who you listen to. 🙂🙏🙌❤️💯

  My mom went through dialysis towards the last years of her life she was eventually able to stop treatment but ultimately she died about a year later. This video gives me an idea of what she went through during that time. I miss her so much. I'm trying to imagine her interacting with other patients. I don't miss her having to get these procedures but I miss being with her to take her to them. I got so used to the hospital trips and now that she's gone that's not necessary anymore. I miss being with my mom for any reason.
