it's very common in Indonesia to talk to a stranger just to show your polite gesture, especially in public places where you sit near each other for some time, such as restaurant, train station, hospital, etc. we called it "basa basi". some people start conversation with the question "where do you come from?" or "dari mana?". other foreigner may find it weird and annoying but it's our culture

Ya sepulang dari Indonesia dia akan menjadi orang yang berbeda. Dia akan lebih suka bergaul & berbaur dengan orang di sekitar nya, mungkin sedikit lebih cerewet., tetapi di lingkungan temannya di sana akan sulit untuk menerima perubahannya.. Maka beberapa bulan kemudian dia akan kesepian..lalu dia pasti merindukan Indonesia.. dia akan merasa tersiksa di negaranya sendiri..dia merasa harus terbang...harus terbang...harus..!! 😂

Indonesia is an unique place, the tourists areas are most of the people care about your wallet however the village people is just happy to have you there I born and growing up there and now I living in Europe for years I have been traveling to many countries but there is no place like Indonesia

I like this kind of vlog, fyi you can't just say hatur nuhun for thank you outside of west javan region for exmple in Jakarta they're mostly Batavian and they probably can't understand what hatur nuhun is, cuz not all Indonesian are Sundanese, you can use Indonesian language instead (Terima Kasih) it has universal meaning you can use it across all of Indonesia. Overall is the best vlog video

21:45 I like his advice. Yeah ... sometimes we shouldn't plan too much about our trip. I mean, of course, we have to plan it. But don't stress too much about the details. Here, in my case, when I plan my trip with my friends, the trip will be NATO (No Action Talk Only) lol. But when we don't plan it too much, usually it'd go smoothly and more fun than we'd ever expected.

Our character is open, easy to close and totally help for foreigner , sometimes make skeptical but its oke because they came from western common life, as long as in Indonesia isaw you meet so many kind local people..
