For sure, VN antibody is not the only thing stopping the virus from replicating, what about cell-mediated immunity such as CTL response? Which vaccine(s) perform(s) better than the others? And why?

I am deeply puzzled by the 5-week in a row going down and no one yet can explain it in a satisfactory manner.
