Meatballs without eggs! A simple recipe for a delicious dish!

What to cook for dinner - MEATBALLS without eggs! Fast, simple and delicious!
I cook these meatballs without eggs and without rice.
They are very easy to prepare and can be eaten in a minute!
To prepare them you will need:
1 onion,
1 small carrot,
3 potatoes,
any minced meat 750 grams,
1 tablespoon flour,
1 glass of tomato juice or 1 spoon of tomato paste diluted in boiling water,
salt, spices to taste
vegetable oil for frying.
All vegetables must be chopped. You can use a grater, meat grinder or food processor.
Form meatballs, fry in a frying pan on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Place the meatballs on a separate plate.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour to the remaining oil, fry lightly, add 1 tomato juice, if you don’t have it, add tomato paste mixed with boiling water.
And put our meatballs in the sauce to stew.
Place on medium heat, cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, our meatballs are ready, turn them over and leave them for another 10 minutes just to stand and absorb all the flavors!
Ready-made meatballs can be served with any side dish.
