Ma'am, I never heard someone explaining their hometown nostalgia with this much excitement and pride in their eyes. I visited Madras for a few times but never stayed for couples of days even. Your voice and the way you express or explain your feel/ thoughts of the particular thing in your version is simply amazing ma'am. When ever I have mood swing/ hard days I listen to your speech and that makes me get back to my work and stay positive. I'm no were a person who can prise you or wish you but trust me, ma'am, you're doing a wonderful thing to your family and the society you will lead a happy and peaceful life. To me Bharathi Mams' speech is like a child speaking to us. Her expression makes us inspiring and like to hear more from her as she delivers them as such. Always she would be the last speaker and they way she nods and shake her head creates a inner feeling of happiness. Her side would be always the winner and the judgement would be in her sides favor as the topic which she spoke would be correct. Once again Hats Off Mam

First time i started listening to Tamil speech or pattimandram was yours. You n ofcourse Sumathi showed that Tamil can be delivered so decently , powerfully with sweet accents .

நூற்றுக்கு நூறு உண்மை. பாஸ்கர் ஆணாதிக்க வர்க்கமாக செயல்படாமல், அவரது வேலை மாற்றங்களில் கூட பாரதிக்கு (மனைவிக்கு) தொந்தரவு கொடுக்காமல் அவரது பட்டிமன்ற பேச்சை தொடர வைத்த காரணமாக தான் நாம் இந்த பாரதியை (பாரதியார் சொன்ன புதுமைப்பெண்ணாக) காண இயலுகிறது. பாரதியின் அனைத்து பேச்சுக்களையும் ரசிக்க முடிகிறது.

Mam I also born in the same Kasthurba hospital in late 70s.We all are fond of good old memories but we forget that every today becomes tomorrow. I could connect with Bharti mam's memories as we all lived in an era when people tried to find happiness with what ever they had with lesser options but today options are more and lesser the happiness... True true. Nan unga kadhaila tour poitu vandhuten mam. Yes Mylapore is an emotion when ever i get stressed i go around the street. Seasonal shopping golu bomai, mavadu, vilakku ma inji maliga poo senbaga poo. Vazha ilai thoranam. Sangeetha coffee. Mam when i get married i stayed only 7 month there then moved to Velachery but i could not stay longer than 3 years then i moved back to Alwarpet now im proud Central chennai person.

Yes nothing like Chennai even though I was born in Banglore I was brought up in Chennai finished my university and got married in Chennai. Now living in this beautiful BC Vancouver. Vancouver is the most peaceful and a land in a postcard . But believe me when ever I visit Chennai I visit my favorite churches and temple . My filter coffee and saree shops . It is lockdown but you did give me this fresh breath of Chennai.

Singer AM RAJA was also living near to my house Also, can't forget about Gangadeeshwaran koil and Ponniamman koil festivals
