Well, in fact, Lemmy didn't use any pedal at all. He just cranked his Marshall amp. Check it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eIho0LmqY9avZ9Y.htmlsi=fqFjZ09C69yY4b9T

@@neoland666 I know, he didn't use pedals, but for his overdriven sound, if he had had to use one which do you think he would have chosen, that was my question.. I was able to enjoy MOTORHEAD 3 or 4 times live in Buenos Aires.

I'm not too sure. I guess one, which keeps a little low end. I have never played the original ds1 or super overdrive, but I know the metalzone can dial back some lows. So I think the latter.

I once went to Paradiso Amsterdam to see Motorhead, but when I arrived, it was cancelled. Lemmy thought that the stage wasn't big enough for them...

Okko has a pedal called the Motorbass that's designed specifically to replicate Lemmy's sound. That said, the most important thing would be to crank your mids on your amp all the way, and turn you lows and highs all the way down. Tone and volume knobs on your bass all the way up. Play w/a pick really hard: )\m/

Would this pedal work with a Fender Rumble 40? I,m a new Bass player and looking to get my first pedal🎸

I had that pedal on loan (but not anymore,), but I still have the HM2 and a Fender Rumble amp, so I will make a video of that, to demonstrate. In the meantime I can tell you, that I think it will work, but only in a rehearsel room or small stage, if the guitar player will keep his volume down somewhat 😊😊
