Oh most definitely. I work in a restaurant and we stage our food for photos or videos. We want to present our best selves of course so we try to make sure everything looks clean and perfect!

One thing I want to say about Chicago Deep dish/stuffed pizza. The argument calling it a "pie" is mute. Because just about every pizza place in New York and any Italian American famiIy owned pizza joint will say "pizza pie" or "what do you want on your pie?"

Do you make it or buy it? I’ve only had it non-alcoholic and the only brand I like of the several that I’ve tried is Southern Comfort, but I do like it enough to seek it out most years. I was considering making the classic version with alcohol.
