Japanese McDonald’s blew me away when I went back in May. Some of the things that shocked me: I didn’t feel like garbage after eating it which is how I normally feel after eating it in the states, I tried melon Fanta which was AMAZING, there was a teriyaki burger, the fries were not super salty and everything was just really nice quality. Glad ya liked it Mike!

McDonald’s Japan allows you to substitute fries for nuggets in the meals.
Legend has it he married the bun. And had a bun family...
the reason the filet o fish bun was so fluffy and round is cuz it gets steamed and not toasted like other burgerbuns
I dont like McDonalds but the ones in Japan are an exception. For some reason, the buns for burgers and chicken nuggets are way better. The shrimp burger is a must-try. And some “weird” seasonal things are always a must-try. I cant forget their teritama burger, which has egg and teriyaki sauce.

"tater sauce"
@MrTitaniumDioxide
6 жыл бұрын
Ha, I know...he looked a little jet-lagged... Tartare sauce ('tartar' in the US) is based on either mayonnaise (egg yolk, mustard or vinegar, oil) or aioli (egg yolk, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice), with certain other ingredients added. In many places, cream of tartare is used. In the UK, recipes typically add to the base capers, gherkins, lemon juice, and dill. US recipes may include chopped pickles or prepared green sweet relish, capers, onions (or chives), and fresh parsley. Chopped hard-boiled eggs or olives are sometimes added, as may be Dijon mustard and cocktail onions. Paul Bocuse describes sauce tartare explicitly as a sauce remoulade, in which the characterising anchovy purée is to be substituted by some hot Dijon mustard. The sauce and its name have been found in cookbooks since the 19th century. The name derives from the French sauce tartare, named after the Tatars (ancient spelling in French of the ethnic group: tartare) from the Eurasian Steppe, of whom 5.3 million live in Russia. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tartar_sauce

How are those prices so low? $10.85 for 5 breakfast items? That's $2 per item. A sausage egg mcmuffin in the US is at least $3.5. And pancakes for $2? Also fish filet and chicken sand for same?
Seeing Mikey satisfied makes me satisfied.
