Nien Han Chang a month is enough to eat them and keep the freshness. Taiwanese won’t let them sit for 6 months!! And they are fresh, it’s not like American baked goods. Haha.

I love it when he eats something he likes. 9 out of 10 times it is the BEST he ever had. I wonder what his favourite meal and restaurant is. My mouth waters with each crispy pork skin dish.

That massive fried dumpling with chives and meat pancake looked fantastic! OMG yum

he's a healthy young lad. say he did contract COVID-19, I'm about 90% sure he'd survive with minimal impact, exhibiting minor symptoms if any at all. However...... say Mr. Chen did in fact become deathly ill or, the universe forbid, die of complications* from this strain of coronavirus then we are all in fact in serious trouble. there is no way to stop this virus, its way beyond that at this point. now it's a matter of will we survive or won't we.
